Prepare the record before opening WhatsApp
Save the product link, code, screenshot or description of the selected variation, intended quantity, and the contact source. Decide which answer would move the candidate forward. This keeps the chat from becoming a disconnected stream of photos and numbers.
Use a three-message sequence
Identify
“I am asking about code ABC123, black, size range M–XL, 30 pieces. Is this exact version available for a wholesale quotation?”
Compare
After confirmation, ask for MOQ rules, unit or pack basis, available colors and sizes, measurement chart, and the category-specific evidence needed.
Estimate
Only after quantity and packing are clear, request carton count, dimensions, gross weight, destination basis, and a dated shipping estimate.
Record
Restate the agreed code, variation, quantity, amount basis, open questions, and quote date in one summary message.
Choose natural wording for the decision
Buttons such as “Ask about MOQ” or “Send product code for a quote” work only when the page already provides the code and identifies where the message goes. Avoid a generic “Buy now” action on an editorial guide because the site does not sell, quote, or control the conversation.
Price question: “Please quote this code for 30 pieces in the stated variation. Is the amount per unit, and which charges are included?”
Color and size question: “Which colors and sizes can be mixed within this MOQ? Please confirm the exact mix.”
QC question: “Do you have recent QC photos for this code and variation? I need front, back, detail, and measurement views.”
Shipping question: “For the confirmed packed order, please provide carton count, dimensions, gross weight, destination basis, included charges, and quote validity.”
Read the reply for completeness, not speed

Keep one conversation from standing for every product
Supplier answers can differ by code, version, quantity, and date. Save a concise summary in the relevant product row. If another product uses the same contact, begin with its own reference rather than assuming the earlier MOQ, price, QC status, or shipping estimate carries over.
Pause when the identity or route changes
Recheck the public contact when the account, payee, source link, or requested payment route changes. Pressure to send money before the item and terms are clear is a reason to stop. The existence of a WhatsApp wholesale catalog does not verify the supplier or provide transaction protection.
